Modern apartment in Leamington Spa City Centre

Fantastic location, really clean with lots of facilities. Extremely comfortable and perfect city centre location. Parking permit were easily given to us and the owner was extremely helpful with great communication.

The location was perfect and we were able to park outside. It was spacious and clean. All of the necessities were provided including hair dryer, fans, milk, tea, coffee and bottled water. Alain was a wonderful, friendly host who greeted us on arrival and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.

Location was good and facilities in the apartment were good. Fairly quiet location also. Communication was good in the run up to the stay. Owner provide milk and water in the fridge for our arrival which was a nice touch.

The checkout time on booking.com was given as 10.30am but on arrival and after I had paid the full amount of the stay the owners advised that the checkout time had been changed to 10.00am.

Location was perfect for exploring Lemington's attractions, shops and nightlife. Also easy to walk to The Parade to hop on the bus to Warwick Castle .

Cleanliness left much to be desired. This place is dusty, with grubby surfaces and some dirty crockery (lipstick on a mug and others with tea/coffee stains). We found the beds had thin, poor quality mattresses, which provided no support. Curtains in both bedrooms were too small and had no blackout linings. Therefore the ground floor, front bedroom was lit up with passing car headlights at night. Meanwhile, downstairs in the other bedroom, the light shone in at sunrise. Also, the wardrobes were full of clutter; two bedside cabinets and a chair left in ours, which we found rather odd. Our downstairs bedroom had an ensuite, which was dirty around the bottom of the shower and had urine stains in the corner, on the tiled floor, and down the outside of the toilet. I cleaned this myself - yuk! There was no towel rail, just an old, dusty radiator, which was so close to the wall that you couldn't hang a towel on it. This place didn't meet our expectations. It's a shame as with a deep clean, new beds and curtains, proper heated towel rails and a good declutter it really could be excellent. Just a little niggle - more toilet paper should be supplied. The half roll left in our ensuite was not sufficient for a two night stay.

Great location. Host was super helpful and even pre sorted parking for us. Place was well kept and had everything we needed. Excellent all round.

Excellent location, lovely lounge and kitchen has all equipment. Hosts were friendly and left water and milk for us.

The property was in an excellent location, close to the Town Centre and Victoria Park. Great kitchen facilities, sitting room and extra bathroom too.

Not enough towels, No TV in bedrooms, No instructions how to use Washer/Dryer washing machine, Shower would have needed a shower mat as shower floor was not non-slip.

Everything. Host was attentive.

Hot. I couldn't open the windows due to passersby noise but not unreasonable on a Saturday night. In the morning I noticed a fan!
