Nice Location, good balcony, friendly neighborhood!

It toke a long time to get hot water in the shower. Shower accessories were rusty.

This was a very spacious apartment with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment itself was decent but there is few things to mention. The bathroom is quite not in the best of shapes. It could benefit from the refresh, especially the rusty shelfs and bin. We were given used roll of toilet paper and no rubbish bin bags which I belive is something that should included in a rental. Also the balcony door were broken which makes it a safety issue and although it was reported on a first day of our stay , no one came to fix it. We also paid a deposit in euro and were returned in pounds. Overall, it was decent but these small things made our experience less enjoyable.

Very big and clean apartament with beautiful seaview. Friendly and helpful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay. The building is situated in a calm area on the hill above Los Cristianos old center and close to the two beaches (Playa Los Cristianos and Las Vistas). The apartment is spacious, in particular the kitchen which is well equipped. The view from the balcony is spectacular, For Swedish tennants there is even a small library of Swedish books.

The bathroom has an unpleasant smell that is hard to handle even with sanitary products. Probably the pipes of the building complex ought to be fixed, so maybe not an issue only for the apartment. Would have been a 9 or 10 without the bathroom issue...

Easy commucation with rental agent. There was no problem with early check-in because the apartment was vacant when we arrived. Apartment is very big and very well equiped. Very nice view from small terrace to the beaches and port. Just few steps to main street with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Damage deposit was repayed in 2 days via Revolut.

Single beds could be more comfortable.

Location was at the top of very steep hills and/or steps. But that's Tenerife for you

The views were really good. Good views of the sunsets. The apartment was in a quiet residential area. Good sized kitchen, although we didn't do much cooking, it was well equipped. It was not far from the beach. However, there were a lot of sets of steps to go up and down, which was okay for us. Elderly in-laws did struggle with this a little. The double bed was really comfortable. Parking is free and is on the street. However, there is no guarantee that you can get parked by the apartment, and you may have to park a few streets away, and as we had to do, but this was no problem for us. The communication with the owners/ booking agents was very good and quick to reply.

The single beds were not comfortable. All the pillows were not comfortable, even on the double bed. They felt as though they had had their day and needed replacing.
