Tenerife

The staff was kind in the beginning and bad in the end. The beds are not comfortable, scratched walls, shower is working for 15 min and after for 30 min to have hot water, no view from the flat, the beds were covered with plastic protection, no additional covers for sleeping, not enough toilet paper, no cleaning during the week. No fly cover protection in the second bedroom. Far from the beach area. Not recommend.

The hosts were fantastic, friendly and accommodating. The heated pool was very quiet most days with a pool bar beside. Great, quiet location within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, etc.

Excellent location. There are plenty entertainments in the surroundings, good swimming pool and lovely bartender in the bar next to the swimming pool. It was lovely to get welcome bottle of wine and the box of candies! :)

The only negative aspects were that in the property were missing things for cooking, at least salt, peper and oil, and dish sponge, so we had to buy it in order to wash our dishes. Also, I didn’t like that the host was rushing us for check-in, as it is hard to plan exact arrival time, when you are coming to the new island.

Situated on the hill, a 1,5 km walk to the center of Los Cristianos. Quiet, closed area, very safe. A couple of restaurants close by and a very big grocery store just down the road. Water dispenser in the first building, so didn't have to carry water up the hill (cost 1 EUR / 8 litres). Pool area nice and tidy and the pool was heated, water was warm enough. +Nice tidy apartment, fits 4 persons perfectly. Kitchen well equipped for 4 persons, fridge and freezer big enough. Bedrooms ok size, the other one smaller. Big sofa in the living room and a small Smart TV. -The terrace has a view of the opposite wall/apartment door. A lot of people walk by, so if you want privacy you need to have the curtains down (we prefered open space over privacy). Also we only had one key to the front gate (street) and the pool area, so had to coordinate our comings and goings. The apartment is accessed by first taking a lift to the 3 floor and then another lift from the mext building to the 4 floor, so always took a while to go to the street and let our people in. Also the front door of the apartment was locked and could not be opened by any of our keys. A bit scary considering that you only have one exit in case of fire (metal bars on all the windows). All in all we were quite happy with the apartment
