Pak Dee At Naithon

The property was easy to find with my taxi driver, once I had the key code, getting into the room was easy too. The room was spacious there was some storage space (could do with some more hangers!). The bathroom was sufficient with a shower. The kitchen had a hot plate and some basic utensils and crockery. Overall, I stayed for a few nights and was satisfied with the property.

I had to contact the host to get the code for the lockbox as their system did not automatically send it. The host resolved this immediately. The location is very close to the beach and main strip of restaurants but there was not much open in the evening (not a fault of the property but worth noting). The lift was a bit temperamental. There appeared to be a connecting door to the room adjacent but this was locked and I had no issues but it was a slight worry on the first night.

A nice apartment at the Naithon beach. 2 minutes walk to the beach, with many restaurants massage shops and everything you need nearby. The apartment is clean, Well-quipped. Washing machine is so handy. Air conditioner is powerful. All the necessary kitchen utensils. Nice shower. Good wifi. The host is friendly and communicative, with useful local recommendations. We headed to the banana beach one day. Better to go in the morning, getting really busy later. The German restaurant is with good sausages. The good-reviewed Shameena is with nice food and wine. A coffee shed opens at 7am near the Pullman. We had a nice time here.

Not the best sound-proof as we could hear neighbors sometimes.

The location was great, 2 min to the beach, also the beach ⛱️ was very good, sand no stones. Restaurants are close. The room was really big, the bed the same, big and comfortable. I really recommend this place for that price.

As this is just an apartment not a hotel you don't have reception and every day cleaning. However I believe that if you ask for cleaning you will get it as the owner is very nice.

No facilities on site: no coffee shop, mart

clean bathroom (two bath towels and two hand towels were provided), the owner is always in touch (if you need something like cleaning or have any questions just contact Apisit), Wife is working properly, AC is quiet.

There was no blanket on the bed, so you better ask to place it in advance if you’re planning to catch some nap or chill during the heat hours

Not sure if it was an email automated message, but I received instructions for checking out. I checked out the morning after I arrived because concerns over the health and safety of the room. Please confirm. You issued a refund for the rest of my stay. I have not disputed the charge for the first night. Although I strongly feel it should be adjusted because you choose to rent a space that you were fully aware that had dangerous mold! I’m pretty sure nothing will be done to remediate the mold since your solution was to “clean” it. As I mentioned Previously; all the affected areas have to be torn out and replaced. I imagine you will continue to rent it in same condition. Shame on you if you do! Being honorable will bring you repeat customers. Being dishonorable will only damage your reputation, your business and future revenue. Customers do read the reviews. Nasty hair in drain. i couldn’t even use the shower because of mold and hair. Dangerous black mold in wall near bed and in shower. Pak Dee insults your intelligence by stating they will “clean” it.
