Found the host to be very very rude, this property was falsely advertised as stated there were 2 queens in each room this was not the case, our engineer had to sleep on the floor as we wanted 4 beds for 4 engineers and they obviously do not sleep together. When we bought this to the property owners attention he stated no there are only 2 beds and a sofa bed, I screen shot the facilities that stated 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed to which he said this is not true. he then changed this on booking.com to state this property has only two beds 1 in each room. we then took this up with booking.com who called the property owner he said he hadn't changed this it was always as 2 beds, however booking.com can see what changes have been made and when, so he blatantly lied. we asked for a full refund as this was not expectable as we had to find alternative accommodation for our engineers, all we got back is 15% which is not acceptable. would never stay here again and would not recommend dealing with the property owner as very very rude and a liar. we tried to resolve this matter with the property owner who was only bothered about his money, he was very aggressive and rude.
