"Beautiful place, would love to stay again"

We had such a lovely time. The property inside was beautiful and clean. Lots of equipment in the kitchen so we were able to cook our own meals. The pool area was lovely.

The property was clean and tidy, and they were very efficient in contacting me about the procedure coming into the property showing videos of everything. The pool is a nice size and the parking is huge and very secure.

I was disappointed with the blunt message on the back of the door stating that you would be fined 50€ for not emptying rubbish (fair comment) but stripping the bed and putting laundry in the bathroom ? Perhaps it’s me but does that really warrant a 50€ deduction? Also I had previously stayed on Las Colinas at another property. They did supply shampoo conditioner and shower gel for each bathroom (sample sized bottles). Unfortunately based on this I had to purchase my own (full sized bottles) and throw it away. I would’ve expected just a small selection at this price level to at least get you started.

"GEAT ACCOMODATION IN A PREMIUM LOCATION. CLEAN APARTMENT WHICH WAS WELL PRESENTED."

HAD TO CONTACT THE AGENT OURSELVES. HAD A VERY BRIEF CONVERSATION. THE AGENT THEN SENT US A MESSAGE VIA WHATS APP TO COLLECT THE KEYS FROM A LETTER BOX WITH A VIDEO & PIN LOCATION THEN ANOTHER VIDEO AND PIN LOCATION TO THE PROPERTY WE WE'RE RENTING. NOT THE EXPERIANCE THAT WAS PROMISED. SOMEONE WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET US AND TAKE US TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY. THE AGENT TOLD US HE HAD SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT TO DO. NOT THE BEST TO BE HONEST. HAD A BRIEF CONVERSATION BUT HE SEEMED LIKE HE COULDN'T REALLY BE BOTHERED TO SPEAK WITH US. ALL DONE VIA WHAT'S APP FROM THEN ON.

THE AGENTS INPUT.... NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED. THE PILLOWS ON THE BED WE'RE TOO SMALL AND TOO HARD. HAD A FEW SLEEPLESS NIGHTS BUT AFTER WE REALISED WHAT WAS CAUSING IT ALL WAS GOOD. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS WE HAD TO PURCHASE TWO NEW PILOWS & PILLOW CASES AT OUR OWN COST BUT WE HAD A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP FROM THEN ON....
