Dasea Houses

2 absolute pluspunten zijn de locatie en de eigenaar. Het appartement is gelegen op een heuvel tussen het strand en de haven. Linksaf brengt een zandpad je binnen 150 op het strand. Rechtsaf over de weg binnen 200 meter in de haven. Het feit dat het wat hoger gelegen is maakt dat je op een warme dag, mits je geluk hebt, toch een briesje mee kunt pakken. Het ligt niet aan de doorlopende wegen, maar toch super centraal. Omdat het in een doodlopende straat ligt, was en weinig tot geen verkeer en konden onze kinderen heerlijk spelen op het terrein. De eigenaar Giannis is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam; "Je kunt alles gebruiken, je kunt alles vragen". Regelde een stoel voor onze dochter, verrijkte onze barbecue met een fles zelf gestookte anijslikeur.

Het zijn appartementen met 2 verdiepingen. Beneden een woonkamer, keuken (overigens in prima staat)met een toilet en boven 2 redelijk ruime slaapkamers met opnieuw een toilet en een douche. Het huis heeft zowel aan de voor- als achterzijde een veranda en een balkon. Je merkt wel dat het pand al langer mee gaat en toe is aan onderhoud: op meerdere plekken kleine schades, kapotte lampen, gordijnroedes waar knoppen ontbreken, horren met scheuren, afgeknipte elektriciteitskabels die los liggen, lijmresten van handdoekhaakjes die verdwenen zijn, toilet wat doorloopt na spoelen, etc, etc. Niets ernstigs, maar de optelsom maakt wel dat het rommelig oogt. Daarbij kon er ook wat beter schoon gemaakt worden. Ook hier niets ernstigs, maar alles net niet schoon.

The location is great. The host is amazing. The place is very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

The location and the view were indeed nice. There is everything you need to cater yourself. The owner was polite and nice.

The bathrooms we’re outdated, the shower was really small and it was having a curtain that smelled like mold. The balcony’s doors had broken mosquito nets, so we received some mosquitos repellent tablets. Even so, the mosquito made some “damages” to my kids. The wardrobe from one bedroom was broken, as well the couch from the living room. The fridge was having rust spots.

Everything was great. Besides all they say in the description, wich is real, i have to add a few bonuses: the location is top, right in the centre, also you have parking spot. You have a shortcut to the beach. I went with the family (2 adults, 1 child) and it was more than ok. The space is sufficient for a family of 3-5 or two couples, maybe two families of 3. The host is a nice guy! The house is very well optimised and even if it's small, could be a cosy dream house in one of the nicest towns in the region. Next year we strongly think to visit the location again.

One minor thing, the towels need to be renewed. Again, it is a minor thing and i tried to find something bad.

What I liked the most was the view. Also, the beach is close and the apartment had everything you need. We enjoied a lot our stay at Dasea House. And the center of Ormos Panagias is beautiful. Thank you for your ospitality.

Nur wenn die Badezimmer werden renoviert wäre super.
