An excellent studio apartment in Paleokastritsa. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff.

The host, Stavros, and his staff were very welcoming and hospitable. We very much enjoyed Stavros’ wine and BBQ and Demi’s housekeeping was excellent. The studio was attractively furnished with a great view from the balcony, and the air conditioning and internet functioned well. The location was perfect for us, with a bakery and supermarket close by, and easy access to a great restaurant (Spiro’s). We are not beach lovers, but it was good to have the use of next door’s pool. We spent most of the time walking - to Lakones, Lapiades, Mount Arakli and Angelokastro. The views were out of this world. Whilst out, we made sure that our route passed by Dolce (just outside Lakones), as frequently as possible , to indulge in their fabulous home-made ice cream. We had a wonderful week.

This is a lovely place to stay in the very popular area of Paleokastritsis. From here you can walk to any of the pretty beaches and excellent restaurants. The host has a world of knowledge of the area, which he will gladly share with you. He may even put on a bbq dinner for you with homemade wine. The apartment is cleaned daily and the host willing to help out if uou need anything.

Stavros was really accommodating and looked after us during our stay. The location is great and is very accessible to the rest of the area including bars, restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a little noisy at night but the noise was from the nature so nothing too crazy.

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a free bbq on our first evening which was unexpected and over and above expectations. We had a free litre of Stavros’s homemade rose wine on arrival in our fridge ( it wasn’t to everyone’s taste but a nice touch). Nice sea views from balcony of the Ionian Sea and use of pool next door was welcome too ( the property expect you to buy a drink if you use pool which is fair).

The worst aspect ( which isn’t specifically related to the property - it applies to everywhere in Paleokastritsa) was the road. No pleasure to either walk or drive on it. Busy during the day and few pavements.

Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and near a lovely local bakery! Very quiet so perfect if you are looking for a chilled out holiday. Stavros is a great host and very welcoming. Room was clean and had everything we needed.
