Fully equipped, squeaky clean. Very friendly responsive host. Some produce in the fridge - really appreciated after a long drive. Breathtaking mountains view from the huge balcony. Huge car garage, but don't take it as a suggestion to come with a big car :), the roads are very narrow. The location is perfect if you are planning to explore Lake Como, Lake Lugano, Balcone D'italia etc. It's a 10-12 min drive from Menaggio, but definitely worth it if you want a quiet place to relax after a day of driving around. 10min to 3 big supermarkets and restaurants in Piano Porlezza. Antica Trattoria Ponte di Pino is very recommended. And, as everyone mentioned in reviews, homemade tiramisu from the host is a nice touch.

Friendly and helpful host, cleanliness and parking in the garage. Video was sent by host to find location. The fresh made tiramisu offered by th host was delicious.

Location more remote than expected. Differences in apartments are not clear on booking.com site. Sun not present on the private terrace belonging to our apartment.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit großer Terrasse . Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt. Eine kleine Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel war vorhanden und es gab ein leckeres Tiramisu. Die Wohnung ist nur auf schmalen Straßen zu erreichen, war aber mit einem Anfahrtsvideo kein Problem. Parken konnte man in der Garage.

Ein kleines Manko, wenn man oft selbst kocht: es gab keinen Backofen oder Mikrowelle. Auch ein Toaster wäre schön gewesen. Aber das waren Kleinigkeiten.

Appartement exceptionnel avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Idéalement situé a 15 minutes en voiture de Menaggio. Très confortable, grand, propre et douillet. Merci a Linda et Valentina pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Je recommande +++.
