Beautiful Upper Apartment/Stunning Sea Views, Isle of Bute

The views. The location. The bus service. The people of Bute. The Anchor.

It was cold a lot of the time , the owners were controlling the heating. The thermostat was next to a radiator behind the sofa so the rest of the apartment was cold. Two nights the heating came on in the middle of the night. The pans were of inappropriate quality so the induction hob didn’t heat up sufficiently. The wine glasses were plastic - very disappointing as we’d brought good wine - we used the very basic glass tumblers instead. The apartment looks very attractive and there are some thoughtful touches but we think the owners should have commissioned it first by staying in it for a couple of nights. Entry instructions need to say ‘turn right at the top of the stairs.

The apartment was well appointed and the views were spectacular I appreciated the host contacting me to make sure there were no issues All in all a great appartment in a great location for exploring Bute

Apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Check in was seamless with information provided well in advance. Lovely views out across the bay. Excellent spot for a short business trip to the island.
