Carolina Apartment

Accoglienza e appartamento dotato di ogni comodità.

Paese privo di servizi (nessun bar per prendere un caffè o fare colazione, né panificio). Solo una gelateria e una pasticceria (senza bar) appena fuori le mura. L'assenza di climatizzatori nell'appartamento. I ventilatori presenti non erano sufficienti per affrontare la notte.

L’appartamento è carino e accogliente. La posizione nel paese permette a pochi passi di trovare diversi servizi di ristorazione, supermercato, parcheggio e una bellissima vista alle colline toscane, un paesaggio da cartolina. Carlo è una persona disponibile, premurosa, gentile e paziente. Si è preso cura di noi dall’inizio alla fine del soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Carlo da parte di tutta la mia famiglia!

Prostorný apartmán, dobře vybavená kuchyň i koupelna. Nádherné místo přímo v historickém centru. Dobrá domluva s pánem na předání klíčů. Auto je třeba parkovat jinde, ale velké zdarma parkoviště je kousek. Dobré restaurace, hřiště pro děti i supermarket v pěším dosahu. Nádherné výhledy.

Property is in great location, super clean, the owner waited for hours, we came from Rome-Florence and got a car but car service took about 3 hrs. To obtain ,( Which we don’t have any control) hence the wait . No AC but fan was provided. Wish they have a lock box cause if we didn’t arrive at certain hours he can’t wait. The place was spacious. Check out time 0800-1000 really early, nowhere in the world check out that early and we overslept since we got in late. Wish we stayed longer , the neighborhood is right at the piazza and neighbors are quite pleasant and few feet away is a great restaurant with great service. Overall owner is very pleasant.

The anxiety about having exact time to check in and someone waiting , esp in Italy that everything takes sooooo longggg. Unlike where we’re from to get a car - you walk in and few minutes voila! it’s there. Suggestions better to have a lock box so you don’t have to wait. I don’t know what would happen if we arrive few minutes more when you’re gone.

location quiet peacfull....

it was my problem but i couldnt find it. parking was to get parked beore evening. But parked down at Co op. minor problem.

Impeccabley clean apartment, spasious, with everything we needed for our family one night stay. The apartment is well eqcuiped, including kitchen. Big, beautiful and very clean bathroom. There is a washing machine, however we didn't use it. WiFi is not very strong There is a parking lot with elevator to the apartment area. You cannot approach the house with the car, so you have to unload the luggage and walk to the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor with stairs. The owner was very welcoming and flexible with the check in and check out. The communication with the owner was through Google translate, as he does not speak English, but it is not a problem. Supermarket is very close, however was closed on Sunday.

Very nice apartment restructured in the old part of the town. Everything new and everything there, hairdrier, oil, salt, sugar, linen, TVs in each rooms! Very nice apartment!
