Property smelt damp. No basic items available in the apartment other than 1 toilet roll & dish soap.

Great location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants/bars. It was clean upon arrival and was also nice that it was cleaned a few times during our stay. Pool area was lovely, as were all the grounds. Easy parking with plenty of spaces. We loved having breakfast out on the balcony. It fitted our needs perfectly and would definitely come back.

Communication was poor - the check in instructions said the keys were at reception but actually there is a lock box with a code at the apartment door. We contacted the management company a few days before to enquire about early check in and never got a response. There was also nothing like a guest book in the property so we didn’t know where to take the bins out to, check out instructions etc. We are lucky we know the area well but would be good for future guests to also list some recommendations. It’s also quite a noisy place to stay, right under the flight path from the airport and there was a loud family next door. Worth bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Final point is it would have been nice to have some basics in the kitchen such as salt&pepper and cooking oil.

The key was available in a lockbox at the front door, so easy and ideal as we arrived in the morning, and we were able to gain access before our check in times. Also, the day we checked out, I contacted the property keyholder to see if we could leave our bags in the apartment and collect them that evening as we were not flying out till 10:00pm. They messaged back straight away to say it wasn’t a problem. So nice to have the day without the bags and then freshen up in the apartment before we travel to airport. So generous.

It was nice and bright, spacious with 2 bathrooms.

There was no washing machine

On arrival I asked at the desk if we could get some help with our luggage as we are both elderly. There was no help so we had to drag our cases some distance up hill and then stairs. There was only a sheet on the bed and there were times when we needed more clothes. The towels were in short supply until I phoned the management company. The shower was dangerous until we requested a mat. There was a constant drip from the bedroom ceiling. There were no washing facilities.

Beautiful apartment, very good location, 15mins walking to the beach. Easy and independent check-in. Good and pleasant communication with the host. My all requests were realised. Perfect place for vacation.

We had the best time here! The location was ideal, our key holder accommodated early check in and the apartment was in perfect condition. We’ll definitely be back!
