Appartamento molto carino e ben attrezzato, vicinissimo alla piazza centrale e comodo a vari ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere, ci siamo trovati bene.

Non ci aspettavamo il gran caldo di questi giorni, ma comunque anche se non c'era l'aria condizionata, erano presenti due ventilatori che hanno fatto il loro dovere.

Location, cleanliness, spaciousness, pleasure of Netflix, bathtub, washer.

Poor communication with staff. They didn’t seem to read email messages and were very annoying abt contact! I don’t think they communicated with each other. Also, extra costs for necessary linens and no toiletries was inconvenient, to say the least. Finally, one outlet for microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker. Really tough to choreograph meals!

Very professional and fast responsing lending company. The office is about 5km away from the flat, but the keys can be left on the table when leaving. The office can be reached easily by public transport if you have neither a car nor a bike. There is a table large enough both for meals and for doing some work if desired. All appliances worked as far as we used them.

There is an elevator but it is almost useless. In order to reach the elevator one has to climb up a staircase worth almost a full floor. After that you either climb up another half floor or you use the elevator for one full floor and descend the stairs for half a floor. If it is raining above drizzle level then dropping water makes a VERY loud noise on a canopy across the street. This is not a fault on behalf of the apartment and therefore cannot be helped - you just have to get along with it. If you have a bike there ist no reasonably near place to leave it outside during the night (no fixtures to lock it). Bed clothing and towels have to be lent separately if you don't come with your own towels.

The Location is just perfect. Rooms and kitchen are very nice.
