Tutto è stato fantastico, l'appartamento è bellissimo, super confortevole, ha tutto il necessario e la colazione è completa. Ci è piaciuto tutto, peccato aver soggiornato solo una notte, ma torneremo sicuramente.

In generale è tutto molto buono. In particolare, la dimensione e la tipologia della struttura. Anche la posizione è centralissima ed il rapporto con i proprietari ottimo.

Solo a titolo di suggerimento, proporrei di lasciare a disposizione del caffè in polvere per poter preparare una moka invece di utilizzare la macchinetta con le cialde.

"Prima di tutto la trasparenza"

Alloggio con tutti i confort, per chi si ferma qualche giorno. Gioia del Colle permette di arrivare facilmente a le più famose località della zona.

Non mi è piaciuto per niente l'approccio del gestore, mi comunicava solo dopo l'addebito, con l'impossibilità di cancellare la prenotazione che avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento di 180 euro per le mie bambine. Siamo riusciti ad avere in riaccredito solo grazie a booking. In loco lo stesso gestore (che si è visto solo all'arrivo) riferiva una scusa abbastanza opinabile ovvero che si è accorto del disguido grazie ad una segnalazione di booking. Questa esperienza compromette il giudizio sulla struttura che non sarebbe così negativo. Non abbiamo gradito la colazione, lasciata lì senza senso (biscotti duri, una torta secca fatta dalla proprietaria, latte insufficiente)
