Good location . Clean, well decorated. Overall Spacious Appartment . Very Helpful staff.

Construction works at the building - a lot of noise throughout the day. Floor and walls not soundproof . Could hear co-residents shower and neighbors upstairs . Very Small shower cabin couldn't fit a grown up person .

Convenient location and nicely furnished. Very comfortable. Very attentive hosts.

Renovations in lobby in July, hopefully will be resolved by the time you stay.

Position

Bathroom doors couldn’t close , shower head in 2nd bathroom faulty. Shower tiny in 2nd bathroom. Lift wasn’t operational and we were not notified about it. It was difficult to carry heavy suitcases up those narrow stairs.

Not far from center and beach.Small problem, what was solved quickly.

Not easy to find parking. Finaly we found that best and cheapisr is near Real Sociedad stadium- 15 min to walk. Obe bathroom door was not able to close.

The serviced apartment is in a great location. An easy 10 minute stroll to the beach or old town for restaurants etc. There is also two bakeries and supermarket (Carrefour express) very close by. We didn't cook at the apartment but had all the cutlery you would need to have a meal there. The location itself is on a quiet street and we didn't hear anything from surrounding businesses. The host is meant to message you prior to arriving which did not happen for us, however they were quick to follow up on any messages or questions we had. The apartment is basic but perfect if you just need somewhere clean, safe, and well located for your stay.

If you are a late sleeper then this is not the place for you. The upstairs neighbours are incredibly noisy/poor noise insulation (mainly due to kids and pets). This is a serviced apartment within a building of residents so you need to keep this in mind. There weren't any toiletries apart from hand soap and toilet paper so hopefully the next guest can use the shampoo and shower gel we have left for them.
