とにかく立地がよく便利でした。旧市街にも海にも、新市街にも歩いてすぐです。 内部も清潔で、過ごしやすかった。 オーナーの方も優しくおすすめのお店を教えてくれてフレンドリーでした。

チェックアウト12時と記載があったが、着いたらチェックアウトは11時といわれた。次のお客様がいて準備が必要なのはわかるが、その分何かDiscountなどしてほしい。 チェックアウト後荷物を預かってくれる仕組みはなく、自分たちで近くのコインロッカーへ預けにいく必要がある。 タオルやリネンがやや古い パンナイフがない

L'appartamento è in ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia (a pochi passi) o il centro storico, molto vicino al parcheggio "la Concha" a pagamento. L'appartamento è grande, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Un plus per Luis, un host davvero accogliente e gentile, ci ha fornito indicazioni su luoghi di interesse, ristoranti/bar, attrazioni per bambini sia appena confermata la prenotazione, sia una volta arrivati a San Sebastian.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay at this Zubieta Kalea 1 apartment. The apartment is quite spacious with 3 nice bedrooms, good wardrobe space, 2 bathrooms, a very comfortable living area and a well appointed kitchen. The portable air conditioners provided were very efficient and there were also 2 quite new & very comfortable beach chairs provided. The apartment is very well located, just a few minutes away from the beach promenade and the beach itself. We were also close to some really nice bars and restaurants (we loved Aitana just around the corner and Lanperna). The apartment is close to the Central area for shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the Old Town for amazing pintxos. The Owner was very friendly and helpful and he provided several good recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Das Appartement liegt in guter, zentraler Lage. Bei Schlüsselübergabe haben sehr gute Tipps für Restaurantbesuche und Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen.

Das Appartementhaus liegt an einer Minikreuzung, an der sich leider eine Großbaustelle befindet. Dies wurde uns bei Buchung verschwiegen. Der Lärm begann morgens gegen 05:30 und war enorm!

The location was absolutely perfect. No need for a car you could just walk everywhere.
