APARTAMENTO ROMANTICO WiFi FREE PARKING AREA

The location was excellent for getting into the city. The beds were very comfortable. The property was very warm. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable of places to go. We enjoyed the outside space to sit in the evening. Very near a supermarket and train station.

Poor communication regarding access to the property when we first arrived, we were left waiting for 30 minutes without the owner contacting us on the day and no communication as promised the day before. The cooker hob was damaged so we could not use it and there was a large hole in the bathroom ceiling. The towels were very worn and thin. The reason we chose this property was the parking because my wife had just had a hip replacement surgery and our 13 year old Dalmatian however on arrival there were no parking spaces available and the other parking options did not work out due to timings.

Location was great easy access to trains bus etc and right next door to a big supermarket

The only thing I could say is that the towels were very small and not enough if your staying for a week

The location and owner very accessible

Hot water tank a bit too small and hot water ran out quite quickly

We used a door code /key safe.

The entry system could have been explained a little more clearly. The property was difficult to locate using the address and satnav.
