Cleanliness and Location were perfect. 3 minutes from La Concha and a ten minute stroll along the promenade to the Old Town and Centro. Local cafes nearby for breakfasts were great.

Unfortunately the locals were pretty noisy in the evening even the apartment is on a nice side road away from the main roads.
