"Amazing potential"

Location was perfect. Layout of the flat was also very good.

A couple of tweaks and it could be a fabulous apartment. The blinds didn’t work, the settee was very uncomfortable, the dining room chairs need tightening up to be safe, and the sound proofing between the apartment and next door is non existent.

"Superb location"

Great location. Very close to La Concha beach. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely view from the balcony to the beach. Very comfortable beds and super clean. Felt very safe to walk around the area. Nice bar, bakery, and health food shop 2 mins walk away.

The 2nd bedroom didn't have a window that opened, so it was quite stuffy and needed to use the fan as no air con. Sofa needs updating.

"Lovely apartment, in the perfect location."

Great location, right in the centre of the city but still quite peaceful. Sea view was lovely and just a short walk to the beach. No more than 15 minutes walk from even the more distant attractions.

The tap on the kitchen sink needs tightening up but otherwise we could not fault it.
