Lejos del centro pero al menos cerca de varias lineas de bus. No es que puedes ir al centro y regresar cuando quieras, menos si tienes niños pequeños.

CHIt's located in a very quiet and safe area, but not in walking distance to the centre of town. There's a bus stop very close, though.
The first thing you see is a whole sheet with rules and fines: you have to take your own rubbish, you have to do the washing up, you can't leave anything in the fridge, you have to switch off the heating and the air con every time you leave the apartment. Fines of €50 if you fail to do so. I paid €240 for one night off season. No, I will not water your plants on top of everything else. I have no idea how this property got such a good rating.
