Very central location but extremely quiet. Exceptionally clean and well equipped flat. Would recommend.

The apartment was very clean and stylish. It contained everything you could need (plus a few really nice extra) and was a great size for our group of 5. The location was also excellent and handy for visiting all parts of the city. The hosts were great. Communications were excellent and they went out of their way to help us with dropping our bags early, getting to know the city and helping out with taxis, etc.

Out of all the places we stayed at in Spain, this one by far was the most "home-like" experience with a great location. The owner/staff was very nice and welcoming. The apartment is just so clean, comfortable and ideal for us to go around San Sebastian.

I just wish they had a dryer in their washing machine and an air-conditioner. However, they did give us lots of fans and a clothes line hanger outside the kitchen window. I'm very sensitive to fans so it actually triggered my allergies which turned into cold and cough.

Such a great location, and the hosts met us on arrival to give us a tour of the property and also showed us the places we should visit in san sebastian! The apartment itself was also so nice, clean and spacious! Thank you!

Everything! Specially the cleanliness, location, beautiful decoration, and great service.

I liked everything. To say something, I would have liked a bathroom in the main room, since currently both bathrooms are outside the rooms, next to each other, but this is a minor detail that was not a problem.

We loved our stay at the Arrasate Suite. Leticia and Ekaitz came to meet us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed. They also gave us some great suggestions for where to eat. The apartment was beautiful, very stylish and well equipped with lots of space. The location is amazing, half-way between the beach and the river - 5 mins walk from the beach, with a supermarket and car park over the road and 10 mins walk from the old town. The location in the shopping area meant we could reach everything easily but that it was quiet at night (no bar noise) so we could leave the windows open. We would definitely recommend a stay here :)

The only thing we would improve is that the fans in the bedrooms - while really great to have - were quite noisy. This might not be a problem for most of the year as the temperatures are not too high.
