Très bien situé, logement propre. Accès facile.

Résidence mal entretenue... vieillissante. Piscine avec des sacs plastiques dans l'eau, ascenseur très sale, etc. Appartement très propre mais équipement vieillissant également.

Homestay semua okay. Bersih. Dengan harga yang berpatutan. Tempat strategic.

Parking kena bayar. Sehari max rm10 sekali masuk. So habis untuk parking nak dlt rm50.

一切设备都好，干净。

主卧室的睡床不好，木质的床尾的木角边再走路时经过会被擦到，然后睡觉时翻身时会发出声音，影响隔壁的人。
