Kalloni Beach Villas

Great facilities, quiet area, the property was clean and well maintained and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you to Angelos for your help and teaching us a bit of Greek and to Marianti for keeping the villa so clean. The grounds were kept well too. Easy to walk into the village.

Nothing we will be back

We loved the privacy and freedom of living in our own villa. The villa had plenty of storage and facilities that made our holiday special. The pool was fantastic. The gardener and cleaner were brilliant. Loved seeing the wildlife too.

I would make a suggestion to change the bed arrangement downstairs to a single king bed. As there is hardly any room for one person to get in/out of the bed on one side as it is too close to the window. Therefore there are no bedside tables to put a drink on or any soft lighting, it’s either bright light or off. Not very relaxing. Plus workmen and sometimes other visitors visiting the properties just walk past villa 2 to get to villa 3 or the storage room. Villa 2 patio /pool area is private space it should not have anyone on the property unless they have been invited. We were often lying on our sun-beds with our tops off and someone would randomly walk past us to get to another villa or the storage area. There needs to be a route made for workmen/ visitors that does not necessitate them walking past the pool /patio of villa 2. A gap made in the bushes between villa 1 and 3. Could mosquito nets be put on the windows as well please?

The facility and Mr. Angelos, if I remember correctly, were very attentive. We were very pleased. The pool was very clean and maintained daily. I recommend it.

The location is very calm, close to the beautiful village Skala Kallonis and not very far away from the small town Kalloni, where you can find super markets, bakeries, banks etc. We were particularly satisfied with the equipment of the villa, including a clothes washer and dish washer.

The upstairs room has a bit of light in the morning, which may wake you up. Plan to use a sleep mask if you are very sensitive.
