L’aria condizionata e il balcone.

Il divano letto che alla fine è una poltrona in una soggiorno-cucina minuscola che quando si apriva la poltrona-letto non si poteva arrivare al frigo o alla porta finestra del balcone. Questo appartamento è ideale per 4 persone, 5 stanno strette figuriamoci 6 che indica il sito.

Appartamento confortevole ottima posizione arieggiato

Suggerirei materassi nuovi (si sentivano le molle) e un tendone sul terrazzo bello ma inutilizzabile perché assolato dalla mattina alla sera
