The room was great!

The rules! Pages of them, no guests, no family all sorts, you don't need no smoking signs in hotel rooms in 2024. Anyone stupid enough to smoke in the room probably won't understand the sign! The funniest was the sign which said 'if you are a fisherman do not put your fish in the fridge'! I nearly bought a fishing rod so I could keep mine in the bath! The welcome pack was a badly disguised list of things that are not allowed, and not at all welcoming!

"Great stay in Valle Gran Rey"

Great location, clean apartment with nice terrace, a garden and super close to the sea. Unfortunately our apartment did not have sea view, but we could enjoy the great sound of the waves.

Apartment very clean and well equipped. Good location. Staff, when found, friendly.

Reception never open. WiFi connection instructions incorrect. Shortage of electric sockets. Lack of safety features in bathroom. Needs another fan or A/C.
