La cucina. Non essendoci bar nelle immediate vicinanze, avere la disponibilità della cucina e delle stoviglie è stata fondamentale per consumare la colazione (non fornita dalla struttura, come sapevamo).

L'insonorizzazione. Il monolocale è separato dall'appartamento di fianco da una porta/parete in cartongesso che non isola acusticamente nemmeno minimamente, si sentono distintamente le conversazioni (o le urla nel nostro caso) dei vicini. Non consiglio la struttura a chi viaggia per lavoro o cerca tranquillità.
