Location & size were perfect. Beach only 3 minutes away Lovely pool which was never busy. Mercdona only 5 mins walk Lots of shops, cafes & restaurants. Playa de las Americas (party central!) is close but just far enough to not bother those looking for a quieter holiday 😀

No AC but the fans were good. Really missed not having a balcony. It might be an idea to give guests two sets of keys. We were a family of 4 (Mom, Dad, 21 year old & 15 year old) Coordinated departure & arrival times proved tricky at times!
