Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. In accordance with current laws of the Government of Spain, we inform you that it is the obligation of all guests to provide personal data required by current regulations and sign the travelers' reports (all guests over 14 years; In the case of minors under 14 years of age, their parents or legal guardians must provide the data); as well as to show their passport or identification upon entry into the accommodation. Due to works on entrance to the accommodation street, the parking area has been moved a few metres from the property and it may be noisy during the week. "Very poor"

I wish we'd have been notified of the extensive roadworks that were, and had been, going on for several weeks. The noise started at 7.45 each day. The outside space was the primary reason we chose the apartment, but the noise and dust made it unusable, as well as the smell from the neighbouring property, where dog faeces were left festering in the sun, and not cleared up. The dog also barked sporadically throughout the night. Although not the fault of the owner, I would have expected a diligent agent to have made some effort to tackle the neighbours about the unacceptable state of the neighbouring property, as well as warning us of the disruption caused by the roadworks. At the very least, an apology for the disappointment and inconvenience would have been appreciated, or more appropriately, a good will gesture by way of recompense would have been welcome. I would definitely not feel comfortable recommending this apartment to anyone.

"Lovely location and near to everything"

Location was central and near to everything .facilities in apartment were faultless .excellent.

Was tricky to find .pool area quite scruffy and dirty .complex that apartment was in is quite run down .no sun on property we stayed in so couldn’t sit outside .nowhere to leave cases if you arrive early .keys to property are a pain and tricky to use .

Too many key, to gain entry. Downstairs Shower room needs fixes & smell from it is horrendous

Location excellent. Property was spotless and had all amenities. Very spacious. Well equipped. Host was easy to reach and quick to respond via WhatsApp.

No air conditioning and no fan’s available No information in apartment re accessing pool - would be great to have an information booklet to help you find your bearings

"FANTASTIC PLACE NEAR EVERY THING LOVED IT"

The apartment is fab and cosy stairs a bit tricky if you have problems with your legs and feet but managed, the garden area fab and every facility was great thanks
