There wasn't a ramp for your cases .

Great location for getting around and about. The balcony is a suntrap from morning till night. Kitchen area ok with hobs, microwave, toaster and fridge. Tv has prime video, netflix, youtube etc.

Shower cubicle leaked but just needs sealed, wasnt a huge problem. The pool area could do with a clean up, bit paint. The apartment needs a few €100 spent on a bit tlc, new bedding, towels, curtains, the shower area. If it did the owner could easily add €250 per week on the price due to the location alone. Communication could be better from the host. All things taken into consideration we would definately return.

Location

Very dated apartment. Shower drain blocked, hairdryer broken, poor standard of cutlery, crockery, bedding, pillows and towels. Don’t believe it had been cleaned before we checked in. Lack of communication despite many attempts to contact Claire. Community areas around the pool dated and dirty.

As has been said elsewhere, the location is excellent

Owner met me on first day and said if I need anything, or have any problems, contact them. I did have problems but they were uncontactable. They’re didn’t answer calls or messages and now, a full week after arriving home, they have still not opened my WhastApp messages. The shower trap was clogged meaning the water was very slow to drain, leading to the bathroom flooding every time we showered and we had to then mop it all up afterwards. The clothes horse was broken and held together by strings. As soon as we put wet clothes or towels on it, it just collapsed, dirtying everything again. On arrival, the cupboards were literally bare. Usually when you come to someone’s apartment there is even the most basic of items to get you started, such as tea, coffee and perhaps a little milk so you can at least have a hot drink. There was absolutely nothing! This was disappointing, although I accept the owner does not have to provide this. All of the above is easily fixable and would have meant the stay was ideal. On arrival, I asked about check-out procedures and Claire told me she would contact me on my second last day with details but I never heard a thing. I ended up just locking up and leaving the keys on the counter and going for my flight. The most disappointing thing was the lack of communication from the owner Claire. If there had been an emergency, what would we have done? She has a responsibility to her guests that quite frankly, was not met.

Bedroom ceiling light faulty but there was plenty of lamps and was not an issue

very central walking distance to everything everything we required was in the apartment

not a reflection on the apartment itself but the actually complex could do with a bit of renovation , and sun beds at pool are the plastic uncomfortable ones, so maybe a couple of cushions in the room you can take to the pool

Everything was faultless, from start to finish. Claire was great at communicating with us. She gave lots of suggestions on great places to eat, visit, taxi's, local transport. She even collected us from the airport. The apartment was great. Clean, amazing location, very safe and very well equipped for our week's stay. It was also much bigger than we anticipated and had a great little balcony. Free WiFi was a bonus too and the signal was great. Will definitely stay here again if we revisit Caleta.

It rained one day, which Claire swears was nothing to do with her! 🤣
