Very nice , clean and new apartment. The lady is very nice and helpfull. We can recomwend it. Its close to the beach and center.

The air conditioner was completely clogged, it almost didn't cool us, in the apartment we had constant 30 degrees. One air conditioner is not enough for three rooms and one toilet. The terrace is not safe if you are staying with small children. There are wide openings in the fence and a small child can fall from the second floor of the villa. The auxiliary bed (pull-out) in one bedroom is totally uncomfortable, you constantly bump into the board while sleeping, the mattress is not comfortable. There is no dishwasher, the faucet in the kitchen is unusable because it is too big and the water flows out of the sink. All the dishes in the kitchen stick and you need to wash them before use.

Amazing apartment with modern interior, parking space, good location. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need. Next level cleanliness. Very comfortable beds. Self check in and check out, the host let us use the parking for almost the whole day before we left. Overall one of the best apartments in Kalikratia, will definitely come again!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

The apartment is really close to the beach and the center of Nea Kalikratia filled with lots of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. The host quickly addressed all the issues/questions that we had.

Recommendation: There should be a mop in the bathroom for the guests to clean after every shower because the water is more difficult to drain.

It's a luxury villa. Everything is high quality. Clean. Modern. Lovely. Very close to the beach and restaurants. There's a little shop right at the end of the street ( 50m) , where you can shop for water, beer, fruits , icecream etc. Owners are very nice, doing everything in their power to make your stay as good as possible. I recommend DUSCHA restaurant - it's the best in town!
