L’emplacement etait bien car c’etait pas tres loin du bus

Il n’y avais pas de serviettes, les photo c’est de la carotte ca n’avais rien avoir avec la realité on s’est fais avoir. Il n’y avais pas de papier toilette. Il y avais pas de prise normal pour charger nos telephones, le prix est beaucoup trop elevé pour ce que c’est.

Just the location close to my family

No cleaning services like other places despite being shown on the bill. Tiny rooms and very poor furniture layout in the rooms which makes it awkward to move around

Gated building with security guards, location in a quiet residential neighbourhood and close to the bus stop, 9 mins by bus to Woolwich Station (Elizabeth line).

An electric cooking hob would have been preferable to the gas one.

The apartment was very clean inside and spacious. It was bigger than we thought it would be and the view from the balcony was really nice.

The host was really rude over the phone multiple times. He sent us a picture of where to find the keys and when we had an issue, he got annoyed and told us that we were not looking properly. There were other related issues too. Paying guests shouldn't be treated like this – especially when we were not being rude or impolite whatsoever.
