The house is super clean and comfy. The lady owner welcomed us and explained the facilities. The neighborhood is more than perfect, full of cheap supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Walking distance to the bus stop to reach Venice.

The host was very nice. She accommodated us when we checked in. Even though she can’t really speak good English but she was warm and friendly. The property has a nice layout, it has two bedroom separate which is ideal for group. It is also near Lidl if you want to buy food or groceries. We had a very lovely stay.

Only thing is if your main destination is Venice. You need to walk 15 mins going to the bus stop and the bus schedule is a bit tricky. But not really a problem.

Good bus connection to/from venice (about 30 minutes) Good bus connection to/from the marco polo airport (about 50 minutes) Cleaness, good equipments and nice host. Access to supermarket (lidl) and other daily need shops.

Unfortunately there is no good sound isolation between the 2 floors. You can hear the the people speaking to each other in the upper floor from the bedroom, which was not comfortable. The host should provide a better isolation between the 2 apartments.

We were on the upper floor. I liked the fact that there are two separate rooms one with a double bed, one with a single bed, access to the bathroom, and a tiny kitchen corner.

The house is located right next to the very frequented road so it was quite noisy until 8-9 PM. The kitchen corner is very small and the equipment was limited with only one pot, no spatula, etc...

everything was very well organised, close to a super market. very clean which is very important for us. our hosts very helpful.
