ZALocation was superb. We prepared our own breakfast at the resort. We felt safe and secure. Although I did not meet the host/s, my family and I were impressed with this particular resort. Cleanliness of the resort, the immaculate gardens, and the peace and tranquility of the environment made our stay very comfortable. I tried calling a Mike who I was given to understand from the maid that he was the host, did not answer his call. All I wanted to do was to express my and my families' appreciation. You know how to make a guest very comfortable and wanting to return.
