R-417 LAS TERRAZAS APARTMENT

Love the location and the ease to the 332 Stay in this area and this complex a lot

When we arrived, we had no mains running water, the balcony was locked up, the beds hadn’t even been made prior to our arrival and the internet wasn’t working . We arrived on a Sunday and no one answered any calls if messsges until I rang again Monday morning so we spent the whole of the first night without being able to shower or flush the toilet. When they sent someone to sort it the mains tap would of been too high for us to turn on ourselves anyway ( it should of been ready for us to use and we didn’t have internet all stay, we could log on correctly but it had obviously been cut off as it said we had no internet connection the whole time .

El apartamento tenía la terraza frente a una gasolinera (en ningún momento nos refirieron tal circunstancia) A nuestra entrada había restos de orina en los asientos de los dos WC. y la alcachofa de la ducha de uno de los dos dormitorios estaba rota. Faltaban toallas y las sábanas eran como si no las hubiesen cambiado.-

Property itself is fine.

I couldn't get into the lock box and went into the office and a person used tools to ppen the box with force ? Ridiculous. A new locja box costs £20. I was also not given the room number ? Ridiculous? Crazy ? Never have I booked a place and never been given a room number.

Loved the location of the apartment, and the pool area was kept very tidy and not overcrowded. The convience to Lidl and the Commercial Centre was excellent! Apartment was very clean and had most things required for a comfortable stay. Mattresses on beds were very comfortable.

The pillows on the bed were virtually flat, plus, only 1 pillow on the double bed were my husband and I were sleeping. Thankfully, we were able to take 1 other pillow from 1 of the single beds, but I feel better quality pillows are required. It can be noisy at night, as there is a filling station and car wash directly opposite the apartments. Another couple of towels would have been nice, too, but all in all, these are minor details. Would not put me off booking this place again!

It had A/C & Wi Fi which were needed, good shower.Location is very good ,just a short walk to plenty of bars ,restaurants and large markets .

Facilities were basic at best ,hair dryer was broken, pillows none existent, not enough towels or cutlery. If I was to describe it as tired looking. Biggest gripe was really about the letting office. Had to collect keys from the office, no code for apartment gate given or apartment number, hunted for an hour before given an answer, just glad this happened in morning and not at night,

The pool was lovely , nice bar and shops near by . Loved having 2 bathrooms

The facilities provided. Owner did very well.

Lack of contact during "off working hours". Unnecessary request of a " contract " for 3 days of use. Unnecessary complicated access details.

Could do with a new shower curtain. We had a problem getting in after our first night out. There was a code for the entrance gate which they forgot to tell us about.
