Bellavista Port de Soller

Property location is excellent. Port de Soller is a great location with very good restaurants.

We spent 2 weeks in the property and it wasn’t cleaned once. Towels and daily linen are very poor quality and not of a prime holiday let standard. The kitchen didn’t have any basics. We were baffled by the owner’s request for €25 for a towel, they claimed we used bleach on it. Given the fact the towels were old and worn we thought it was somewhat petty plus the fact we left them as we found them- with “bleach” marks. We left new deck chairs behind us and other goods for the benefit of others ( with permission) of greater value than all the towels put together. Showers are of very poor standard. There’s no air con, so be prepared to swelter at night.

Location amazing but installing AC and better bed and pillows would make this a 9. If small items or even bin bag/ olive oil/ salt/ pepper/ surface cleaner left would make it a 10!

Lovely comfortable apartment with spectacular view from a large balcony. Apartment has everything you need. We spent a lot of time on the balcony lounging around after a swim at the beach before wandering down to dinner each evening. Loved every minute.

I stayed at Bellavista with my elderly mum, We really enjoyed spending time on the terrace looking at the bay of Port de Soller. You are super close to the beach and restaurants. The contact with the booking agency was easy and they were very friendly. The apartment is well equipped and very clean, it felt very homely. You do need to walk some steps (or steep road) to get up to the apartment which for us was fine but just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay here again!

An excellent clean and well equipped apartment with a 180' stunning view across the harbour. It also had a dedicated parking space at the front of the apartment.

It was perfect for us but there are three flights of steps to climb on the front but access from the rear of the property is easier

Beautiful location. Everyone was super helpful. The property was immaculate!

Only thing would be that we missed not having air con!

- shower room was very poor; tray with no edge + shower curtain = water everywhere. Small, dated, not relaxing at all. - no aircon (although we knew this before booking) & some of the celing fans seemed to run slow - generally pretty dated; kitchen & bathrooms could do with a revamp.

the location and view could not be faulted. the balcony is lovely . the apartment is spacious and two bathrooms was great good to have a washing machine (but there is no dishwasher).

agree totally with other reviewers about the negatives: 1. dealing with Booking.com, bookiply and agent is clumsy 2. the lack of amenities in the apartment - no olive oil, salt, pepper, teabags, soap!!!! and one roll of spare toilet paper for a week. seems mean of spirit 3. apartment is dated but perfectly clean (although weird lots of the light switches were taped down) 4. was eaten alive by mosquitoes at night. 5. this apartment would be hot in summer
