Casa Jaguar

A beautiful spacious apartment in a closed compound with a parking spot and 24/7 security. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we need for a very nice holiday. Eli was very kind and helpful, she send us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and beach bars. The self check in was very clear and easy. Although it's far from the beach (you need a car to move around, we rented from Localiza from Cancun airport and received excellent service with it) we really loved staying there - clean, quiet and beautiful. I highly recommend it and we'd be happy to stay there again!

There was a bit of a moldy smell in the apartment, which I assume is due to the crazy humidity in the area. Water pressure in the shower was a little low. We also had a lot of tiny ants in the kitchen and we had to be extra careful with the food. It would have been nice to have spare trash bags and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 day stay. These are very minor issues for this amazing apartment at a very good price!

The staff is very friendly, responds quickly and has a lot of useful information available, the property is very well equipped and with good quality stuff, which helps a lot to make your stay very enjoyable. The community is safe and well kept, the swimming pool area is a lot of fun with a playground for kids to play and a few outdoor exercising equipments. Overall enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it.

Location was good, although a bit far from the ocean. The pool was nice and just across the internal complex road. The pool was fairly busy but not overly so. The people there were friendly and seemed to have a small social network. Our unit was well appointed but could have had more cooking items such as roasting pans that would fit the toaster oven, which was the only oven.

Distance from the beach and the level of commercialization of Puerto Morelos

Unbelievable great location. The host is giving you al kind of information about the appartment, Puerto Morelos, restaurants and beach locations. Everything in the apartment is great I do not know a single thing that was not good. It is quiet, clean, and a kitchen has more than all equipment you need. I would go for sure back to this location 100%.

Nothing. But remember it it not close to the beach. It is on driving distance. But within 5 min driving you are at the beach and parking was no issue at all. So for a cheap price you have everything.

Pool was great and ppl were friendly
