The worst experience in my life! check-in at 6pm was not possible becauce the old-unpleasantly man was cleaning our room. we waited 1 hour in a storm and cold outside! no possibility to use the toilet. musty and smelly bed linen, bathroom without toilet paper, soap, towels. everything was covered with a lot of fragrant spray, but we were not allowed to air out, the owner often entered the privacy, confiscated the passport. absolutely incomprehensibly maliciously turned off the electricity supply to the house himself. it was definitely not a malfunction - other houses in the area and also street lamps were on. terrible arguments / threats / insults finally had to be resolved by the police at 10~11pm - some need to store food / use Oxy-apnoe generator. in this accommodation se caught Lice

Nice view, small room but with everything

If you’re looking for a hotel experience that doubles as a mindfulness retreat, look no further. This place will teach you the ancient art of waiting—for bedsheets, for soap, for a hairdryer, for your passport to be taken, and then again for it to be returned. Truly, a full-circle journey.

Unfortunately, our stay at the apartment fell below expectations. The unit did not have air conditioning or window screens, which made it difficult to enjoy the fresh mountain air without letting in a large number of insects—something that significantly disrupted our sleep. As a result, the apartment felt very warm and stuffy at night, as we were unable to enjoy the cool mountain breeze without inviting insects inside. It often felt suffocating, making restful sleep difficult. Additionally, the apartment lacked basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, or other toiletries, which made the experience feel quite bare and underprepared for guests. Comfort was a challenge for our entire family, and to make matters worse, the neighboring property began using loud wood-cutting machinery as early as 7:00 AM, waking us abruptly each morning. Since we spent our days doing long hikes and walks, the lack of proper rest had a noticeable impact on our trip. We appreciate the location and the potential of the apartment, but we believe some basic improvements could greatly enhance the guest experience.

The location is good.

Firstly the host took 1.5 hours to let us in, every guest experienced the same, some were waiting for 2 hours. The host was still cleaning the bathroom and kitchen when we entered the room. There were no blankets and pillows, upon repeated request he said, cook and eat your dinner, I will bring the blankets and pillows. We got the pillows and blankets at 10pm. We didn’t have a proper sleep as there were other guests partying and making loud noises. In total, not worth the money, the host is an old man who is taking care of all the rooms alone. Though the room was clean but the overall experience was unpleasant.

The location, balcony and views were amazing. Lovely hot water and heating as it got cold in the night(May 2025).

Late check-in at 6pm is a joke. Asked for an earlier check-in but it was declined. When we arrived the room still wasn’t ready. When we finally got in there was still a hold up with bed linen and the holding of passports is not cool.

Location is good.Nice place for Cross country skiing. Very friendly owner.

Some Equipment could be updated;refrigerator, no fen.Only one small knife available. To many clutter on the corridor. App. was Not totally ready wenn we arrived.

Apartment had a kitchen and a balcony with stunning views. There was also free parking. The owner was very nice.

Maybe if there would be a washing machine.

Convenient location close to lake Braies and great views from the apartment.

The apartment is not as shown in the pictures and the furniture is quite outdated. Staff wanted to keep our IDs until next day to our arrival and other guests experienced the same problem.

The location was incredible for the views. Friendly host. Really good size space. Great amount of parking.

Dated, uncomfortable beds, pillows were extremely thin. There were a lot of electrical areas that were damaged which was concerning.
