L'appartement était correct avec tous ce qu'il faut.

Quartier plutôt sale, beaucoup de déchets. Bâtiments défraichis.

Rui est un hôte très attentionné et malgré notre arrivée très tardive, il a pris le temps de nous donner les instructions du logement et de nombreux conseils pour nos visites

Manque quelques ustensiles en vaisselle

El apartamento en sí está bien, cómodo y práctico. Pero el exterior está muy deteriorado.

El exterior está muy deteriorado. Nada que ver con las fotos. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Solo tiene un vaso!!!! Escasea el mensaje de cocina.

The appartment is very spatious with a bedroom, big living room/kitchen/dining room and with a terrace. It is very well sound-proofed, we didn't hear anything from neighbours or stairwell, at all. Kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was very nice and more than suitable for our needs but the real star was the owner who patiently waited for us even though we arrived quite late in the evening. He explained us everything not only about the appartment, but also about the island and all kinds of popular tourist spots, shops and all.

The only downside of this accommodation is the neighbourhood, which is not so nice. Even the tenant building that the appartment is in is not really nice. On the other hand it was rather silent and easy to access.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped with everything, we had clean towels and everything needed in the kitchen. Everything was ok. The host was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to any of my relatives/friends.

A washing machine would have been very helpful for our long stay but we managed the situation.
