Location was great. For me, as a single person, it was much more expensive than I usually spend in a nice hotel with free breakfast in Figueira. The owners .were very nice and came out to find me, and took me back to the apartment, as the address was not accurate. The apartment has good potential, but needs new bedding, and some upgrades

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were old and not good quality, which made for a poor night sleep. It would be best to set up a lock box somewhere on the property, and to give a proper address. I was walking all around and the address I was given was not in GPS. The person in the next apartment is a very heavy smoker, and the hallway is full of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, the smoke did not come into the bedroom, but it made waiting for the elevator unpleasant.
