A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 22:00 to 00:00, and 30 EUR from 00:00 to 02:00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

When we arrived at the apartment at the agreed time, the agent was waiting outside for us. She gave us the keys and a tour of the apartment. The location of the apartment is great, just meters from the beach. The apartment was well equipped and has everything you need for a short stay. It was definitely good value for money.

As the apartment is close to the beach, if you are staying during the New Year, there is a stage for the New Year celebrations which has music late into the night. This is of course only a problem if you have a young family and want to sleep early and don't want to take part in the celebrations. For me, I lovely the lively atmosphere of the closeness of the concert venue.

clean, modern and comfortable a central location

it is very close to the beach front where they have festivals and fun fairs which play very loud music until early hours. it was very loud indeed in the master bedroom. There were very noisy guests in the apartments below partying until 5 am even though there are signs banning this.

Really nice location, modern facilities, everything was clean, great beds, really calm (I don't know what it's like during the summer) and the owner was soooo nice, she paid attention to every detail and she really seems to care. Informations were really detailed and I received many confirmations before my stay, wich really made me feel safe.

The elevator of the building looks kind of scary, but it's fun to use, the outside of the building seems to have seen a lot
