"Nice house, but..."

The house was very very big with a big terrace, and around 50m from a beach. It was also very clean and comfortable.

It's advertised as a "beach house", while actually being an house near a beach. There is also a bar situated right below the apartment, which can get quite noisy. This problems however are dwarfed by one much bigger which is not indicated in the house description: the location is very very near to a huge factory of some sort which releases a lot of smoke in the sky and gives all the area a very bad smell, making the terrace almost impossible to use and forcing you to keep all the windows shut.
