Great location in the centre of Riva (although it can be a little noisy at times). Well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the property. Had a washing machine. Clean. Comfortable beds

Being on the 3rd floor it was a bit daunting tackling the stairs after a long day of walking! The air conditioning wasn’t very effective. We had to sort our own garbage and take it to the garbage point up the street (although it’s great the town is going it’s bit for the environment!)

Good location, value for money if you are very on budget in the area. But its not the place where you probably are looking to some money, prioritize your comfort and sleep first.

Air Condition is just way underpowered for such big apartment. Its very very very weak. Even though you leave it ON for a whole day, left in the morning and return at the late evening - its still unbearably hot. Once arrived, AC was turned off, it actually took around 8 hours just to stop sweating and try to go to bed, which was like 3 AM. Bed matrasses were very thin, not comfortable, if you like sleeping on hard beds - thats ok, but if you want to relax, feel yourself as on a cloud - its way off that.
