El mobiliario es de muy baja calidad y necesita renovarse, sofá y mesa de centro desvencijados, la TV con una calidad de imagen y sonido nefastas. A nivel de higiene, hay goteras y moho en habitaciones y baños, las juntas de silicona de las mamparas sucias y enmohecidas. Por lo demás, cero vistas, contrariamente a lo descrito y si un patio interior execrable. Sobre el ruido nocturno que hace imposible dormir el fin de semana la Propiedad no tiene control, pero las ventanas del salón podrían estar cambiadas para mitigarlo algo, como lo están las de los dormitorios. Tampoco se avisa de que no hay ascensor en el anuncio.

La situación, era muy céntrico

El sofá cama era incómodo y hacía demasiado ruido e impedía dormir. Tuvimos que poner el colchón en el suelo. Hay mucho ruido en la calle porque es una calle de restaurantes y bares, hay que llevar tapones.

旧市街地にあり、バル巡りに便利、シャワールームが２つあり、リノベされていて快適。 早い時間に到着したが、荷物を入れさせてくれたり、臨機応変な対応。

週末であったこともあったのか、道路に面している部屋の外は明け方までバルの騒音あり。

Brilliant position. Spacious so was comfortable for 6 adults. The host was very helpful and was great at sorting our check-in and accessing the accommodation. Bedrooms were clean with decent wardrobes.

Very noisy neighbours above on our first night. Ear plugs are supplied with the towels.(!) In the main it was clean but the showers were grubby and there was a rusting towel rail in one of the showers. Kitchen was basically stocked. We like cooking and found it rather basic. They’ve done enough to rent it out but that’s about it.

Nice appartment in old town pedestrian zone. It has everything needed and is quite spacious. Kitchen is well equipped.

Overall, the flat has everything you need, but its looking a bit tired and needs a new sofa.

Location. Its great insofar as it is situated right in the heart of the Old Town. However, we should have received prior warning that a Basque festival was on. There were approx 1000 people in street where flat was until 02:00 hours making arrival extremely difficult and stressful. See photo. The flat is on 1st floor directly above a traditional basque taverna with live music. It was noisey but not on all nights. The ear plugs left for guests were not a welcome sight and didnt help. Street cleaners then start very early. I know previous reviews mentioned noise and I know any likely response will be that "well its Old Town, what do you expect?" but we should have been given prior warning so an informed decision can be made. 8⁶⁰8
