Everything was perfect

Overall, the apartment was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the behavior of the staff significantly impacted our experience. We accidentally took two keys, and the staff’s reaction was highly unprofessional and rude. At 12:30 a.m., a staff member knocked on our door, did not introduce herself, and began shouting at us for taking 2 keys instead of one . This interaction greatly diminished the quality of our 1 night stay.

Really enjoyed our time here.Very close to malpanesa airport, the host also accommodated our late check-in. Would definitely recommend

Nice 2 floors apartment in central location and very friendly host. The place was quiet, safe, spotless, very warm and well equipped. Bed was large and comfortable, shower gel in the bathroom. A few min walk to the shops and restaurants. The fastest way to get there from the Malpensa airport is taxi, is takes 10 min and the fixed price is 20e. For me it was the best place to stay in between flights. Really appreciate that the lady owner dropped us to the airport for a taxi fair 🙏❤️
