It was very clean and good apartment

To have a big dog on the property was a little bit unexpected. I was okay but probably it is not a good idea for a public place) Or at least put it on the title)

We love the location,.it was very quiet and peaceful. The accomodation itself is clean and very comfortable. We love how accomodating they were to our requests in a stressful moment and arranged something to make it work. Jenny the dog is the star of the accomodation! Thank you to everyone in B48. Very very nice and helpful.

Only the temperature. At night it gets cold and we were discouraged to use the a/c unit because there is supposed to be an underfloor heating that's automatic. On the first night we were told to turn off the ac unit and wait for the underfloor heating which we did since they said it will slowly warm up. The second day we left doors open to help it get turned on at night automatically but when we got home in the evening, it was still cold and we were not sure the heating turned on. Otherwise, everything is great.

"The place is a dump,the property manager is a rude person!"

Broken cabinet door,bathtub splash screen is dangerously installed,people walking in and out without our consent,dog hair everywhere,the bathrooms fan running out of control and loud,the place is dirty and made out of a building which was used for pigs or chicken before! Underlass quality,and the property manager is rude and has totally unacceptable behaviour He said if we don't like it we can move out without a refund! Holes everywhere on the wall so insects are everywhere We had to rent out another property
