Everything was perfect – the apartment was spotless, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Чистота 10/10 ідеально чисто 😊,власник дуже хороший і привітний , великі балкони на яких можна надути дитячий басейн ,є жалюзі на вікнах,кондиціонер , пилосос , всі зручності ,фото відповідає дійсності . На Тереторії є гарний ресторан Navi ,для гостей від цього готелю 10 %знижки . З дитиною ідеально ,тихо без дискотек .100% рекомендація , відпочивали 3.07- 10.07 , в номері 3 . В готелі можна безкоштовно зробити собі каву з апарату . Також в номері є телевізор фен для сушки волосся , посуд . По від'їзду нас чекав приємний подаруночок , який нас надав власник , ( магнітики, лавандова олія і оливкова олія ) призент від готелю . Обов'язково повернемось ще 😍

My entire experience at Villa Astoria was absolutely perfect – I genuinely have nothing negative to say. From the moment I arrived, it felt like coming home. The owners, Vinko and Anamaria, have a warm, relaxed, and welcoming approach that immediately puts you at ease. Their hospitality is genuine, and their attention to each guest's needs makes the experience feel truly personalized. The property and apartments are modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean – exactly as shown in the photos, if not better in person. Everything is thoughtfully designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is also ideal: the beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and a small convenience store is only 150 meters from the property, making it easy to pick up anything you might need. Anamaria and her kitchen team deserve a special mention. The food at the restaurant is excellent – fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Their service is warm and attentive, with a fine-dining touch that elevates the entire culinary experience. There's also ample parking space, which is a great bonus. All in all, Villa Astoria is a gem. Whether you're looking to relax, explore, enjoy the sea or simply enjoy great food and hospitality, this place offers it all. I'll definitely return!

Alles Top! Sehr sauber, es is alles Neu. Der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei. Der Strand ist ca.5min von der Villa entfernt. Alles was man braucht, die Lage ist super wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und vielen Dank für das Abschiedsgeschenk.

Neu, sauber, ruhig, modern, praktisch... alles was man braucht ist da! Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Super gutes und schönes Restaurant in Verbindung mit der Unterkunft. Mehr braucht man nicht um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben. Kommen sicher wieder!

The bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing. We especially loved the mini gallery inside the apartment. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Definitely exceeded our ecpectations.
