GBSelf catering. Location is reasonable but not in the nicer parts of Leamington but overall we found no real problems.
In the lounge the settee was not very comfortable and the dining chairs were not in very good condition. Some kitchen utensils were plastic and not much use and there were no dishes to use in the oven.

Bathroom door did not close. Badly re hung I would say after water damage. A lot f Monet to pay for a bathroom like that. Small bedroom wardrobe back hanging off by nails and base tapped up with red tape. Kitchen Bon pedal did not have working pedal

Pedestrian entrance gate magnetic lock should have 2 fixings, but only had 1, so doesn't always shut properly, leaving the premises insecure.
