Very easy, We contacted the housekeeper/owner and he handed us the keys.

Towels costs 15 Euros each, and that wasn't explained in the cost clearly enough.

Really lovely apartment. Lots of space. Excellent kitchen facilities. Use of washing machine. Great shower. Nice restaurant opposite and rental shop. Person met us with key and was super friendly and helpful. We’d definitely recommend.

Lift number 13 needs to be open to make skiing home easy. Apartment is advertised as 2 x bunk bed, but only had 1 bunk bed and pull out double bed. This didn’t matter in the end and pull out was very comfortable, but should maybe be clearer on booking.
