Stylish Underground flat, beach 30s, Graffiti Yard

Location was superb! Shower is great and having an outside area is really lovely if you manage to time it well with the weather. Place is quite cosy but if you’re not there for too long of a stay, it’s perfectly acceptable.

My dad has a mobility scooter and we underestimated the narrowness/steepness of the stairs to the front door. This was more an error on our end with his accessibility but not ideal. Sofa bed was rock hard but again we were only there for two nights so manageable considering, and the kitchen/bathroom sink is tiny. Not deal breakers just the reality of a basement flat trying to make the most of the space with an outside area.

Good location, nicely decorated. Very nice host / good communication. Large bedroom and comfortable bed.

Bathroom a little small, esp sink. For 3 adults ok but not ideal as you have to have walk through living room (with 3rd bed/ sofa) to get to bathroom.

Unfortunately a party in the property overhead until 2.30am on the Friday night of our stay meant a very bad night's sleep that not even the provided earplugs could overcome.

Fantastic little flat, great location just 2 minutes from the sea, easy to get to shops in one direction or sea in the other , had everything we needed, oven, microwave, kettle , crockery, utensils, hairdryer, iron and comfy beds and a super shower! Beautiful art work in the little patio garden, for a basement flat it let in a surprising amount of sunlight

Was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Nice touches, like tea and coffee. Happy overall. Good deal.

Minor things,

Excellent location and very nicely appointed flat. Close to seafront and all the attractions. We felt we could have easily stayed there for a week or more given how comfortable we were.
