Rosamar 313 Luxury vista al mar wifi

We loved the location of this apartment, very close to the beach, also a bus ride to Sima Park, Monkey Park and some other tourist destinations, such as Papagayo club where we went on one of the nights. Note that the neighbourhood is much quieter compared to Las Americas, which could be both a good and bad thing depending on your needs. The view was beautiful, just like in the pictures. The apartment had lots of sunlight and air. There was a lot of storage for our clothes and stuff. There was also a variety of kitchen utilities you don’t always find, which was very useful. Washing machine and drying rack came in very useful as well for the towels and swimsuits we used on the beach. There was also an issue with the boiler, but it was solved quite quickly, thanks to the owners.

Some things are missing from the apartment. For example, there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. we didn’t wanna buy one just to leave it there. Also, there’s no AC, which wasn’t that big of an issue for us bit might be when it gets to 30° or 35°.

Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!Bright, clean, well fitted and laid out with nice cooking facilities and even a washing machine! I would return again happily 😊

Great location, good to have smart TVs to keep the kids happy while we are all getting ready or having a quiet evening in, Wi-Fi is faster than mine at home so easy to work remotely if needed, washing machine is very handy allows us to travel light, well 2 of us at least.

contact numbers for host not answered emailed them 3 time saying our arrival time of 19 30pm was correct on arrival no one available to let us in after half an hour phoned booking .com operator i spoke to was unable to contact any one said if not able to get any one he would find us other accommodation eventually contacted someone who arrived at 21.30pm to let us in after sitting in a cold stairway for 2 hours not shown how any thing worked we were not able to use the hob on cooker did not heat up not able to access the WIFI phoned agent who said she would have to inform maintenance the kind person next door showed us how to get the WIFI code was stuck on a fuse board on the wall tiny sticker cooker hob not working for full 2 weeks stay ,far side of bed only has a few inches gap so had to clime over all the time windows poor fit do not keep out the noise and whistle in the wind

We really liked the location of the property. Always liked the apartments in IKEA and finally got to experience staying in 1, very modern and stylish

The little details like kitchen door not closing, broken toilet within 5 mins of arriving and nobody came to fix in the 3 days we stayed. The pillows need to be upgraded and the bed needs to be properly stripped and hairs etc removed. We found some little creatures running around on the kitchen surfaces.

Good location

Too small for 3 persons

The location was excellent and close all the areas and walks, nice size Kitchen with all facilities, bathroom very good and a good shower all very clean, the living area was good with views tot he harbour and ocean, the bedroom had a double bed but limited access to one side as the bed filled most of the space, very comfortable bed and really clean linen, spelled very fresh. Great Wifi and large TV to watch all streaming services.

The space in the bedroom but limited with size of apartment, maybe some information on recycling,

Pros -Comfy bed -Loads of shops nearby -very clean -has everything you need, including scissors, wine opener, spices, etc -tv w Netflix etc -tvs in every room -very responsive staff -secure building with key fob entry

Cons -Part of town is a bit sketchy and run down -Shower pressure complete rubbish (didn’t even have enough water to fill out whole shower head!) -2/3 Remotes don’t work, even with new batteries, making 2 tvs unusable -no breezes and no fan (during the day it was quite uncomfortable) -pictures don’t show that’s you’re directly above parking lot, graffiti, etc -bed doesn’t fit in bedroom; have to climb over corner to get to window -closet short; nowhere to hang long items -5am trash truck, 7 am street cleanings, 1 and 3 am recycling pickups, late night club/bar music, loud ship horns, etc -neighbors on balconies and ppl on the street below smoking, and it wafts up into open windows
